Liberating our Myth

Liberating our Myth

Astrology is a language of interconnectedness. For thousands of years cultures around the world have looked to the heavens to track time, cycles, and explore energetic experiences that language failed to encapsulate. Mythology are stories that describe archetypal themes that live through every human experience.

Through myth and archetypes we learn to love our “shadow”, we remember that with every challenge there is a gift although we don’t yet understand it.

When we understand the archetypes that live in us we can embody their lessons and come into harmonious relationship- reclaiming the universal language they contain. Challenge is opportunity, victimization is freed, and the Self is claimed in its wholeness.

In this workshop you will…

  • be introduced to the 12 major archetypes

  • understand the three phases of integrating their energy

  • learn a method of embodied integration to welcome home the living myth

Freedom is an inward journey expressed and mirror in our external experience.

When we are whole- we allow the Myth to live through us, we learn to trust the journey with love.

Liminal Space: Ritual for the Pisces Full Moon

the Moon often represents our internal world, the emotional realm that colors our experiences. It’s both reflective and receptive, a mirror to the sun in contact flux, motion and one of cyclic nature. Pisces traditionally is taught as the final sign of the zodiac, a liminal space that accumulates and absorbs experiences from each sign that proceeded it and as the place where things come to rest before the next journey and cycle begins.

Ayurvedic Cooking: Taste the Chakras

Date: Tuesday, November 19

Time: 6:30pm - 9:30pm

Ayurveda means “knowledge of life,” and it originated in India more than 5,000 years ago. It is the oldest continuously practiced health care system in the world, coming from an understanding of nature’s natural rhythms and working with the imbalances that show up as signs of disease in the mind and body.

Ayurveda embraces each person as an individual. Every person is born with a blueprint (constitution) of peak health and wellness. It is our lifestyles that either keep the balance or allow it to fall out of balance, creating illness and disease.

Ayurveda reaches far beyond the area of physical health, healing, and the prevention of disease, but can help each of us claim our authentic selves and align with our true nature. Through Ayurveda, we create awareness of body, mind, and spirit to strengths each of these aspects and offer genuine support wherever it is needed for balance.

In this class you’ll learn how to determine your unique body constitutions (dosha), and what foods and herbs to incorporate to support mind-body equilibrium.

You’ll also learn how these energetic principles and correlating foods can directly nourish each of the seven chakras (energy center) of the body.

Investment: $65 each workshop OR $150 for all 3

Soul Talk Series: Intuitive Nutrition

October 27: 3-4:30

with Jeanette Mueller Embodied Nutrition Educator and Alison Pulito Meditation Intuitive

We live in a culture of diets; a system that feeds into our beliefs, thoughts and behaviors in relation to food, body, and what it means to be healthy.

These aspects can manifest in the body as dis-ease, be it psychological, emotional or physical. Often we seek guidance from doctors, celebrities and nutritional experts, but in truth nobody can tell you what you need to be nourished, because no one else lives in your body.

This workshop outlines the elemental pillars to be empowered in how you nourish and relate to your body, health and food. I will not tell you what to eat but rather how to reclaim authority of your divine body.

Jeanette’s mission is to help others find a way to live in accordance with nature and their own unique mind-body constitution. Through Intuitive Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Psychological Astrology and Nature Immersion Therapy, she integrates the wisdom of plants and astrology, neuroscience and modern wellness principles to guide others to transform their health.

We will learn, meditate, and write, so bring a notebook and pen. You may bring a yoga mat if you’d like but props will be provided for sitting.

Alison Pulito is a Reiki Master and Energy Healer, working in NoDa Yoga.

This is one of a series of programs covering topics carefully curated by our resident Reiki Master and Shaman, Alison Pulito to help advance your personal path as a spiritual being having a human experience. We will explore topics like personal energy, intuition, chakras, spiritual guidance, and meditation.

There is no requirement to attend all sessions - please sign up for any and all that speak to you.

Investment: $35 per session
