Heart and Soil
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live on a farm? Have you been craving a deeper connection to the earth, your body, and community? Come spend a week with me in Boulder CO where you’ll be immersed in a regenerative farming experience.
Learn to milk cows, create soil ecology, plant a garden, harvest crops, preserve your harvest with fermented foods and sourdough bread, and the sacred art of butchery.
This is for those truly desiring to be a steward to the land, and the body in which you reside.
In addition to homesteading skills, learn the cultivation of community, deepen intimacy with the food you eat, the earth its grown in, and you body which it will build and transform. In addition to the farm, experience the endless hikes boulder has to offer.
Destination Wild
Whenever I feel uninspired, stuck, or distant from a sense of centeredness I run to nature. Without much of a plan I pack my car with tent, food and water and wander into nature to allow her to bring me on the journey.
I feel that these spontaneous adventures are some of the greatest teachers. They force me to get quiet, to be present and to listen. They open my eyes to the patterns of nature, and the ability to feel into my intuition as well as the perseverance to move through discomfort of a long hike or chilly nights.
Destination Wild is a co-creative adventure, and is for those fully ready to surrender to a journey with no destination, no goal, just present experiencing.
4 days nature immersion, backpacking, swimming, hiking, and whatever else nature asks for. Time for reflection, processing and introspection.
